 Welcome to Suka Monastir,the first company in Tunisia to offer unique designer wedding and celebration cakes. All our cakes are specifically designed with you the client in mind, we provide a wide range of choices to suit all tastes and pockets, from an exquisite royal iced rich fruit cake to a cascade of cupcakes, a flight of fancy with a themed cake or a more sophisticated yet equally stunning traditional styled cake that complements the bridal bouquet. All our cakes are made from scratch, you wnt find any cake mixes here, we use our own homemade fondants,chocolate paste,butter creams, Italian marshmallow frostings along with preserves, syrups and flavourings.We always ensure our ingredients are of the highest quality available, sourced from reputable suppliers. This along with 35years of experience within the food industry ensures each and everyone of our clients are not only happy with how their cake looks but also with how it tastes!

 
 


As you explore the following pages you will see photographs of cakes made for clients over the past 20 years or more. I always make each cake unique just as no two celebrations are the same neither should the cakes be. All the decorations are edible even the delicate floral sprays!
 
 Each and every cake is designed around the clients needs and with their budget in mind. Just as no two cakes are the same neither are their prices. I do not discuss the cost of a wedding or celebration cake with anyone other than the client  and I always go that extra mile to to offer a service that is second to none.
 
I have many clients who return year after year, I may have made their wedding cake,then a Christening cake,a first Birthday and in a few cases even the weding cake of the next generation! I believe in offering a service that cannot be beaten, one that gives peace of mind and ultimately satisfaction to each and every client. No matter what you order I add the magic ingredients to all my cakes be they cupcakes or wedding cakes,and a lot can be said for a cake made with love ,decorated with care and experience, finished with passion for detail and an eye for the *WOW* factor that celebration cakes should have!
